Xmas 🎅

The holidays can be a wonderful time of year. Sometimes they’re so mindbogglingly wonderful that you need meditation, medication, or alcohol to cope with all the wonder and to get your Aunt Ethel’s voice out of your head. Well, I’m here to help. As much as I’d love to belly up to a bar with you and drown our gripes with something 40 proof and a selection of Jukebox music that abruptly ends around 1977, I can’t do that. But here’s the next best thing – a bunch of Christmas stories to bring to the bar, bathroom, or wherever you go for some respite from your family. This book has everything Christmas, such as making out with airplanes, getting lost in the mall in your forties, and learning ferine languages from your niece. It touches on such age-old themes as Christmas sex talks, the battle between Christmas and Hanukkah, Viagra and the post-Christmas crash, and how all we want for Christmas is a cinnamon roll with no raisins. Read, enjoy, relate, and have a wonderful holiday! And save me a bar stool…
